“Filmează, bă, cum i-o trage nevastă-mea!”

Strălucirea, fiica Mercedesei, şi Adrian Năstase au fost personajele care au captat atenţia publicului în această săptămână, ambii fiind beneficiari ai unei mediatizări nu doar naţionale, ci chiar internaţionale. Nu exagerez deloc, credeţi-mă! Dacă despre Năstase şi ceea ce se întâmplă în PSD ecourile au venit prompt de la Comisia Europeană şi de la Internaţionala Socialistă, îngrijorarea mapamondului pentru soarta fiicei Mercedesei a fost pe măsura ineditei întâmplări. Se va vedea asta şi în rapoartele anumitor instituţii europene asupra drepturilor minorilor în România. Dar să nu anticipez, lăsând ca surprizele să se spargă, rând pe rând, în căpăţânile oficialilor doljeni. Un prieten din Chicago m-a chestionat (ironic) în privinţa răpirii minorei de etnie rromă, fapt care mi-a provocat nu doar un moment de reflecţie asupra efectelor globalizării asupra etnicilor minoritari din Faţa Luncii şi din zona canalului colector, ci şi un sentiment de jenă. Am să explic de ce jenă, şi nu revoltă. Câteva seri la rând, în jurnalele tv, Craiova a fost “livrată” într-un ambalaj sordid, violenţele şi apucăturile de periferie revărsându-se în casele telespectatorilor din întreaga ţară. La rândul lor, ziarele au relatat pe larg atât înlocuirea lui Năstase din fruntea Camerei Deputaţilor, cât şi scandalul generat de tradiţia ancestrală a răpirii în comunităţile de rromi. Greu de înţeles ce a repornit balamucul din Craiova sau ce or fi înţeles conaţionalii din ce au văzut la televizor, dar mă tem că luxul unor astfel de “crize” este costisitor. Poate primarul Solomon să paveze centrul Băniei şi cu bancnote de 100 de euro, că tot imagine de ţigăneală, prost gust, miştocăreală oficială şi predispoziţie pentru furtişaguri o să avem. Bine că nu s-au repetat scenele teribile cu rromi agitând săbii în faţa mascaţilor. Dar au fost aceleaşi lucruri ştiute, cu poliţişti asistând cu mâinile în buzunare când ziariştii sunt caftiţi (în urmă cu câţiva ani au fost loviţi cei din TVR, acum a venit rândul Antenei 1) şi cu o incredibilă lentoare a reacţiei unor instituţii obligate să asigure siguranţa cetăţeanului. Uluit, l-am văzut pe Georgel Enescu, şeful IPJ Dolj, cum este înconjurat şi apostrofat de pirande pe motiv că nu crede în răpirea Strălucirii. Dacă ar fi vrut, l-ar fi putut părui ca pe Loredana Chimoiu şi un gealat de pe margine ar fi strigat: “Filmează, bă, cum i-o trage nevastă-mea!” N-ar fi intervenit nimeni. Mi-a fost jenă că n-am putut să-i explic amicului din Chicago de ce ne lăsăm umiliţi, timoraţi şi reduşi la statutul de plătitori ai unui spectacol de bâlci. La ce bun să mă revolt? Plătim nişte funcţionari care fac doar procese-verbale şi ridică din umeri. În schimb, dacă eşti un cetăţean onorabil, rişti să te înhaţe doar pentru că ai traversat printr-un loc nepermis.
Imaginea Craiovei este făcută praf de nişte indivizi cu apucături tribale, nereferindu-mă aici doar la posesorii de vile tip pagodă, săbii în şifonier şi mercedesuri parcate în locul căruţelor cu covilir, ci şi la indivizii paraşutaţi în birouri la uşa cărora, în urmă cu câţiva ani, nici nu îndrăzneau să bată. Ah, parcă-i şi văd într-o duminică liniştită, tolăniţi pe canapelele din livingul unei “pagode”: privesc amuzaţi caseta în care piranda-i cară pumni în cap ziaristei şi, pe fundal, se văd poliţiştii zâmbind complice. Doar fac parte din acelaşi clan, nu-i aşa?
P. S.: De Ziua Poliţiei Române, Mărin Popescu, celebrul şef-dalmaţian de la circulaţia doljeană, a fost recompensat pentru merite imaginare. Păcat că nu a fost “recompensat” cu o pereche de cătuşe…
