Băiatul deştept de la justiţie

Îngroparea dosarelor ce-i vizează pe Voiculescu – Felix, Patriciu, Copos, Zsolt Nagy, Codruţ Şereş, Morega, Năstase şi alţi clienţi ai DNA este o prioritate pentru coaliţia anti-Băsescu. Băieţi deştepţi din toate partide şi-au dat mâna pentru a îndepărtarea preşedintelui, care le tulbura liniştea. În cele din urmă, puciul a fost executat prin votul celor 322. Suspendat, Băsescu s-a văzut pus în situaţia de a nu mai putea să candideze pentru un nou mandat, aşa că demisia sa nu s-a mai produs în cinci minute. Abuzul conspiraţiei parlamentare a continuat prin modificarea Legii referendumului, pentru ca Traian Băsescu să poată fi suspendat mai uşor. În paralel cu acţiunea parlamentarilor, Văcăroiu şi peneliştii din Guvern duc o luptă cu arme albe pe acelaşi front. Dispreţul de lege şi cetăţeni ia forme din ce în ce mai aberante. Chiuariu, “băiatul deştept” de la justiţie, este omul de serviciu pus să “rezolve” situaţia delicată a dosarelor tuturor adversarilor lui Băsescu. Şi, cum nu putea opera în voie pe moşia lui, a hotărât să-i demită pe toţi cei care-i stăteau în cale. Mai întâi pe şeful secţiei a doua din DNA, Doru Ţuluş, cel acuzat de Dan Voiculescu că-i hărţuieşte “famiglia” şi atentează la onoarea sa de mogul cinstit. Imberbul Chiuariu a invocat ineficienţa lui Ţuluş, uitând să le dea de ştire şefului DNA şi procurorului general al României, mizând pe complicitatea CSM (care a amânat luarea unei decizii). Gestul lui Chiuariu face parte din politica agresivă a celor care şi-au propus să-l schimbe cu orice chip pe preşedintele României. Nu contează legile sau opinia publică. Adversarii lui Băsescu mizează pe faptul că laşitatea şi oportunismul vor fi decisive în bătălia pentru putere. Cine câştigă din confruntarea celor două tabere? Dacă preşedintele va fi demis, este imposibil de anticipat cine va fi succesorul. Oricum, deja m-am săturat de Văcăroiu în rol de şef al statului. Este o glumă proastă a celor 322. Cu siguranţă, cetăţenii nu vor câştiga nimic dacă va fi înfrânt Băsescu. Soluţia normală ar fi ca, prin alegeri anticipate, o nouă compoziţie parlamentară să reînceapă construcţia imaginii europene a acestei instituţii fundamentale pentru democraţie, bazându-se pe introducerea votului uninominal. Ar fi, dincolo de polemicile legate de persoane sau interese oculte, un câştig major pentru întreaga clasă politică. Apoi, logica firească ar fi un Guvern nou, susţinut de o majoritate confortabilă în Parlament, care să-l facă imun la compromisuri în dauna interesului public. Faptele succesorului Monicăi Macovei sunt dovezi ale încercării de a subordona justiţia unor “băieţi deştepţi” din coaliţia nefirească anti-Băsescu. Când realitatea confirmă declaraţiile lui Băsescu, înseamnă că acuzaţiile de demagogie sunt rodul unei erori, unei prostituări morale sau al primitivismului insurgent, pus în slujba cui plăteşte mai bine. În mod brutal, chiar ministrul Chiuariu încearcă subordonarea justiţiei unor cercuri politice aflate într-un atac furibund asupra a ceea ce a mai rămas din sistemul democratic.
