Blestemul Avioane SA ?

Protestul muncitorilor de la Avioane a arătat ce efect poate genera directorimea parazitară, împinsă de interesele celor aterizaţi episodic la putere.
Mărturisesc deschis că subiectivismul asumat deschis mă determină să fiu suporterul muncitorilor şi adversarul unei conduceri plantate neinspirat. Chiar dacă rolul AVAS este determinant în privatizare, poziţia directorului Anatolie Boldişor nu este una decorativă. Îmi este indiferent dacă un astfel de manager repetent se va simţi jignit, atâta vreme cât sute de angajaţi nu şi-au primit salariile. Dacă ar fi avut un minim bun-simţ sau dacă şi-ar fi asumat eşecul mandatului său, lucru greu de pretins de la un director care-şi iubeşte mai mult scaunul decât onoarea, la puţin timp după izbucnirea grevei spontane de ieri ar fi trebuit să demisioneze. Este de neînţeles de ce aşteaptă să fie alungat cu forţa din scaun şi nu recurge la gestul firesc al demisiei, în urma unor proteste la care s-a cerut în mod imperativ debarcarea sa din funcţie, însă totul se leagă dacă înţelegem că numirile nu se fac ţinând cont de competenţele profesionale. Câte un împiedicat precum Anatolie Boldişor a apărut din şerpăria intereselor de grup, animat de dorinţa de a face performanţă doar pentru propriul buzunar, nicidecum în interesul salariaţilor.
Istoria zbuciumată a Avioane SA Craiova este emblematică pentru “reconversia” industriei de apărare de la stadiul de mândrie a şcolii tehnice româneşti la acela de… ramură bugetivoră şi falimentară.
Ca şi în cazul altor unităţi economice de profil, uzina craioveană nu a fost lăsată să moară, ci a fost adusă în stadiul de inaniţie, cu muncitorii transformaţi în protestatari de profesie. Rând pe rând, aplicând metode contraindicate pentru un pacient grav bolnav, diverşi politicieni au încercat să ajute, sfârşind doar prin a amplifica agonia. În lipsa unei strategii naţionale în privinţa repoziţionării industriei de apărare, readaptată la standarde NATO şi la piaţa internaţională, orice gest de ajutor a fost în van. După ce voturile au căzut în traistă sau după ce zona de interes electoral a fost schimbată, respectivii salvamari şi-au văzut de vechiul obicei de a-i ignora pe muncitorii craioveni. Paraziţii numiţi în scaunul de director şi-au făcut plinul şi au fost, rând pe rând, alungaţi. Un spectacol incitant, dar prost regizat, plătit din banii contribuabililor.
Gurile rele chiar au vorbit de un blestem care-i urmăreşte pe muncitorii care au ieşit primii să protesteze în Craiova, în decembrie 1989. Nu cred în astfel de superstiţii alimentate inabil, după cum nu poate fi vorba nici de un manageriat prost. Este vorba atât despre incapacitatea diverşilor miniştri ai Apărării, care nu au fost în stare să protejeze zonele vitale ale industriei performante din domeniu, cât şi despre naivitatea unor angajaţi care au crezut că fabrica lor nu va fi lăsată să moară încet. Pentru ei, mă tem că nu se va mai putea face mare lucru: băieţii deştepţi dau deja roată pentru a pune gheara pe ceea ce a mai rămas.
