Nea Nicu, veşnicul nemulţumit de la parterul blocului, are angoase stârnite de motive dintre cele mai bizare. Dacă amiciţia hibridă dintre Monica Gabor şi Irinel Columbeanu i se pare doar un fapt banal de comentat, tocmai bun pentru spart tăcerea dintre doi şahişti din colţul pensionarilor veterani, lui nea Nicu i s-a aprins “veioza” din pricina cămăşuţei roz a premierului şi a cravatei vernil a lui Văcăroiu. Chestie de gusturi şi de asezonări târzii, i-am răspuns curiozităţii inflamate a vecinului, dar n-am reuşit decât să-i ridic şi mai mult adrenalina. Poate că întârziase poştaşul cu pensia, cine ştie… Nu mi-a spus nimic de scumpirea întreţinerii sau de cozile de la farmacii, dar îl supăra teribil imaginaţia vestimentară a câtorva inşi pe care-i vedea (cam des, e adevărat) doar la televizor. De ce supără lucrurile banale şi cele cu adevărat importante, nu? Singurul răspuns pe care l-am găsit a fost cel legat tot de veşnica lehamite. Oare i-aş mai fi ascultat vaietele de pensionar suferind, dacă mi-ar fi vorbit de lucrurile care-l dor cu adevărat?
În fine, am trecut mai departe şi m-am tot întrebat ce o fi vrut să spună când m-a întrebat dacă plec în Bulgaria în vacanţă sau în excursie în Grecia. Nu, la bulgari am fost într-o scurtă documentare. Ce, ar fi vrut să-i spun că plec la Ibiza? La o adică, Ibiza e un loc de vis în care doar cei născuţi într-o zodie băftoasă pot emigra fericiţi (mă refer la noroc de a scăpa de procurori…) în timp ce pălmaşii au rezervări pe litoralul bulgăresc sau în Grecia, la superofertă. Dacă au rămas kilogramele, măcar am făcut economii de vacanţă şi arătăm că foloseşte şi cura de slăbire la ceva, nu-i aşa? Chiar, nea Nicu o fi ştiind că aşa îmi stârneşte angoase legate de “şmecheri şi cu bani” care fentează legea sau se aştepta să-i spun că, de la o vreme, cafeaua nu mai are acelaşi gust dimineaţa? Apropo, cine mi-a pus nisip în cafea?
