Când omul sfinţeşte locul…

Emil Boroghina
Să nu vi se pară prea mari sau mult prea generoase cuvintele pe care le voi aşterne, în acest spaţiu gazetăresc, despre domnul Emil Boroghină. Le consider nesemnificative pentru cineva care lasă ceva durabil în urma sa. Ceva care a reuşit să ne modifice existenţa şi să dea un alt aer unui oraş nedreptăţit de istorie şi neglijat, de cele mai multe ori, de mai-marii săi dregători vremelnici.
Domnul Boroghină a dăruit Craiovei un festival “Shakespeare”, de care s-a auzit pe toate continentele. Şi, odată cu renumele acestui festival de teatru, s-a dus şi numele Craiovei în lume. Alături de Domnia sa au fost mulţi alţii. Şi aceasta este o realizare în sine, ştiindu-se de meteahna locală de a ne dezbina la orice împrejurare, sub orice motiv. De-a lungul timpului, de la prima ediţie a festivalului, ştiu că oameni din Teatrul Naţional “Marin Sorescu” din Craiova şi-au sacrificat zile şi nopţi pentru a clădi prestigiul unui eveniment lăudat de presa de pretutindeni. Mereu s-au găsit cârcotaşi şi se vor răsuci pe călcâie, doar – doar or mai fi găsind ceva de comentat, dar şi acest “mărunt” obstacol a fost depăşit printr-un soi de diplomaţie numai de domnul Boroghină utilizat. Nu este deloc uşor să construieşti pe un teren, trebuie să o recunoaştem, cel mai adesea neprielnic.
Craiova nu a fost nicicând recunoscătoare pentru cei care clădesc. Şi nici generoasă. Aproape toate lucrurile remarcabile din acest oraş poartă cu sine un efort imens sau chiar câte o dramă. Aşa este şi în cazul Festivalului Internaţional “Shakespeare”. Ştiu că doar încăpăţânarea domnului Boroghină, atât în timpul mandatului de director al TNC, dar mai ales după pensionare, a salvat, una după alta, ediţiile acestei sărbători artistice. La fel, nu vreau să nedreptăţesc pe nimeni sau să arunc în derizoriu eforturile mai mult decât lăudabile ale atâtor altora care, pentru a găsi resursele necesare, au bătut la uşi sau au insistat acolo unde mai greu se găseşte înţelegerea firească a lucrurilor cu adevărat importante. La finalul fiecărui spectacol al ediţiei care va începe pe 23, una care se anunţă de excepţie, voi aplauda şi pentru toţi aceşti oameni şi efortul lor rămas în penumbră. Oameni care au lucrat împreună cu domnul Emil Boroghină şi au demonstrat că se poate construi, dacă există inteligenţă, efort şi talent. Toate acestea se traduc simplu: a sfinţi locul. Sunt convins că proiectul acesta minunat va dura cu mult mai mult decât şi-ar putea imagina chiar şi domnul Boroghină.
Sunt şi la Craiova oameni care ridică pe umerii lor poveri, pentru a înnobila locul în care atâţia alţii doar supravieţuiesc. Spre norocul acestui oraş şi cinstea lor.
