“Dinastia ticăloşilor” – lansarea vineri 26 februarie, ora 11.00, la Teatrul Naţional din Craiova

Vineri (26.02.2010), de la ora 11.00, îmi voi lansa cartea DINASTIA TICĂLOŞILOR. Evenimentul va avea loc în foaierul Teatrului Naţional Marin Sorescu din Craiova şi face parte din programul oficial al Târgului de carte Gaudeamus.

Sunt furios!
Sunt furios! Aş putea fi indiferent…
Cred cu putere că tăcerea complice este un lux şi un preţ mult prea scump, aşa că, riscând să exprim agresiv şi simplist frustrările celor mai mulţi dintre noi, provoc pe oricine crede că speranţele s-au epuizat. Şi mai cred că inteligenţa şi credinţa pot reconstrui drumul către echilibru social, onestitate şi competenţă publică. Nu cred că este un lux sau o iluzie faptul că ne putem recupera România noastră. O ţară cu tradiţie democratică, dominată de valori autentice, cu oameni animaţi de credinţă şi cu capacitatea de a înţelege lucrurile înălţătoare.
Dar ce avem în prezent şi, dacă suntem oneşti, ce am avut în ultimele două decenii? Avem politicienii pe care-i merităm, nu-i aşa? În numele unor principii enunţate cu un ton strident, cu o emfază ce trădează putregaiul din spatele lor, sunt parazitate binele public şi interesul naţional. Agresivi, mediocri şi flecari, cei mai mulţi dintre politicienii de acum folosesc aproape toate procedeele odioase de a se servi de sistem, transformând manipularea, teroarea colectivă şi minciuna în instrumente uzate de folosirea în exces.
Spre ce ne îndreptăm şi cum putem schimba direcţia fără riscul de a fractura, grav şi iremediabil, legătura cu acele lucruri luminoase din trecutul nostru? Când speranţele românilor sunt obiect de amuzament atât pentru cei care deţin puterea, cât şi pentru cei care le urmează, nu este această întrebare ridicolă? Am încercat prin însemnările mele în “Jurnalul public” să fixez propriul traseu de urmat şi să-l marchez cu mai multe repere. Depolitizarea administraţiei, onestitatea oamenilor legii, constrângerea celor aleşi să-şi respecte mandatul şi responsabilitatea în cheltuirea banului public par doar enunţuri naive ale unui jurnalist care, purtat de elanul liric interior, sfârşeşte prin a fi doar un visător.
Am reunit în volumul “Dinastia ticăloşilor” articole apărute în periodice din Oltenia, cele mai multe în cadrul rubricii “În Obiectiv”, din cotidianul regional “Ediţie Specială”, în 2008 şi până la jumătatea anului trecut. Am aplicat o selecţie de natură a construi o piesă în care, chiar şi după trecerea timpului, personajele îşi vor păstra conturul. Cu siguranţă că, recitite, comentariile politice sau simplele înregistrări ale seismografului vor acumula şi alte semnificaţii decât cele de la data publicării. Unde ne vom situa peste, să spunem, un deceniu? Schimbarea câtorva personaje ar fi nesemnificativă dacă sistemul politic nu va fi reconstruit din temelii. Cum va arăta societatea românească peste alte două? Acum, când scriu aceste rânduri, sunt furios. Dar încă am puterea să sper. Asemenea naufragiatului, am lansat mesaje pe care le-am trimis celor care mai au puterea să spere, să asculte şi să creadă că lucrurile pot fi altfel în România. (16 februarie 2010)
Natural, locul unui scriitor este in fata foii albe de hartie, pe care s-a o acopere cu talent. Daca mai adauga pasiune, speranta (si perseverenta de jurnalist) nu poate rezulta decat o scriere-eveniment de la care sper sa nu lipsesc.
