Sunt oameni care ne bucură mintea şi sufletul. Sunt oameni care se oferă celorlalţi ca o pâine caldă unui flămând. Gheorghe Dinică a fost un astfel de om. Nu doar un actor desăvârşit, ca mulţi dintre cei din generaţia sa de aur (Doamne, ei rămân din ce în ce mai puţini!), ci şi un suflet urcat pe scenă. A fost expresia bunului-simţ şi a puterii de a se ridica deasupra patimilor. Aşa l-am simţit, stând confortabil în scaunul meu de spectator. Putea să-şi facă doar meseria şi cred că ar fi fost îndeajuns pentru a primi onorurile breslei şi aplauzele publicului. Arta sa de a fi om a respectat-o cum puţini ştiu s-o facă. Mi-l amintesc cum, primind un premiu într-o gală desfăşurată la Ateneul Român, a jucat cel mai frumos rol al său, acela de om care are satisfacţia de a-i bucura pe ceilalţi. Îşi dorea cel mai mult sănătate şi asta le-a urat tuturor celor care l-am aplaudat. A plecat discret, secerat de boală şi parcă nu ne vine să credem în timp ce repetăm întruna: “Cum, şi Dinică?”
Încerc să-mi reamintesc filmele şi piesele în care l-am văzut jucând. Multe, foarte multe. Interpreta mai ales acele roluri extrem de dificile tocmai prin antipatia personajelor. Să nu-mi spuneţi că Lăscărică nu vă era mult mai simpatic decât comisarul Moldovan, alias Sergiu Nicolaescu! Sunt multe roluri pe care interpretat în felul său special. Mi se pare imposibil să accept că un alt actor ar putea juca aceleaşi roluri. Şi nici locul său pe scena publică nu cred că va mai putea fi ocupat de cineva. Discret, fără a provoca zgomotul de care atâţia alţii au nevoie pentru a se impune şi fără emfază. Un mare artist nu are nevoie decât de respectul spectatorilor săi. Dinică a avut şi dragostea lor. Ceea ce-l face şi mai plăcut pentru memoria noastră.
Încă nu cunosc detaliile dispariţiei sale. Nimic nu prevestea dispariţia lui Gheorghe Dinică. De fapt, nici în cazul lui Ştefan Iordache publicul nu a fost prevenit. Pur şi simplu s-a întâmplat. Mi se pare tare ciudat că anumite persoane publice sunt transportate în spitale sau clinici din Occident, unde se pot face intervenţii imposibil de realizat în România. Cei pe care-i caricaturiza în “Ticăloşii” sunt beneficiarii unui sistem care asigură privilegii doar pentru “oamenii de succes”. Nu şi marile personalităţi.
N-am citit nimic rău despre Gheorghe Dinică. Nici în cronicile de film sau de teatru, nici în articole din presa cotidiană. Mai rar o aşa vedetă, nu-i aşa? Este un moment atât de trist şi, totuşi, nu pot să nu contrapun imaginea sa atâtor vedete de mucava, contrafăcute cu ajutorul scandalurilor ticluite şi a cotizaţiilor unor sponsori dubioşi. De la maestrul Dinică rămânem şi cu o măsură a valorii autentice, greu de egalat în sine şi la care ne vedem obligaţi să ne raportăm. Exemplul său de profesionalism şi decenţă este mai presus decât orice mesaj trâmbiţat de făţarnicii lipsiţi de onoare şi talent. Actorul a plecat. După el rămân atâtea lucruri minunate, care ne dau sentimentul că va fi mereu prezent lângă noi. Doar marile personalităţi reuşesc acest lucru. (ÎN OBIECTIV, 11.11.2009, Ediţie Specială)
