Dragoste cu de-a sila…

Nu cred că un alt premier s-a simţit mai prost în Palatul Victoria decât Călin Popescu Tăriceanu. Până şi Petre Roman, în timp ce minerii spărgeau cu bâtele geamurile de la sediul Guvernului, s-a simţit mai în siguranţă, de vreme ce a avut o portiţă de scăpare prin care s-a strecurat pentru a spăla putina la timp din faţa ortacilor lui Miron Cozma. Poziţia lui Tăriceanu este cel puţin ingrată. El pare a nu avea soluţie pentru a ieşi din criza în care se adânceşte cu fiecare zi în care se încăpăţânează să rămână pe fotoliul de premier. Pare un ostatic, un condamnat la locul de muncă, pe care nu-l poate părăsi. Luată în derâdere, teoria grupurilor de interese ce controlează Guvernul se dovedeşte a fi reală, explicând blocajul politic la care s-a ajuns în prezent. De ce ar trebui Tăriceanu să demisioneze? Luni seară, după ce răspunsese atacurilor liderilor PLD, premierul a fost confruntat cu un altul, mult mai virulent şi substanţial, din partea ministrului Justiţiei. Monica Macovei l-a acuzat că blochează reforma în justiţie, tergiversând activitatea atât în cadrul cabinetului, cât şi în Parlament, dovadă fiind atitudinea ostilă a reprezentanţilor PNL faţă de propunerile venite din partea unui ministru. Prin demisionarea din PNL a liberal-democraţilor lui Stolojan şi retragerea conservatorilor din executiv, premierul Tăriceanu conduce un guvern minoritar. Efectele vor fi din ce în ce mai vizibile. Democraţii vor jongla cu proiectele de legi pe care le vor promova, în timp ce oamenii din anturajul şefului PNL vor încerca să păstreze cât mai mult puterea. Prelungirea crizei poate avea efecte devastatoare pentru întreg procesul de reformă structurală, nefiind greu de anticipat faptul că anumite ministere nu vor fi capabile să acceseze fondurile europene. Cel mai bun exemplu este cazul lui Dan Motreanu, care numai de gestionarea fondurilor pentru agricultură nu se va ocupa după cum se vede, fiind deja prins până peste cap cu probleme de partid. Un alt motiv pentru care ar trebui să plece Tăriceanu este absenţa unei strategii postaderare, o gafă de proporţii, pentru care un premier responsabil şi-ar scrie urgent demisia. Preocupat mai mult să polemizeze cu Monica Macovei, şeful executivului a uitat de problemele curente. Pus cu spatele la zid, forţat fiind să nu demisioneze, acesta se vede strâns cu uşa de către democraţi, care-i cer imperativ o restructurare a echipei sale. Abia acum se explică de ce PD nu a mai nominalizat un vicepremier: peneliştii vor fi nevoiţi să sacrifice un ministru în plus faţă de democraţi, aşa că raportul în executiv se va schimba în favoarea oamenilor lui Boc. Sunt suficiente argumente pentru ca actualul premier să caute o soluţie de retragere din funcţie. Poate şi din aceea de şef de partid. Deocamdată, ceea ce face acesta acum se cam cheamă dragoste cu de-a sila, iar chestia asta sigur nu-i place lui Traian Băsescu. Şi numai lui.
