Independenti sau obedienti?

Reformarea clasei politice se lasă amânată. Şefii partidelor şi-au dat mâna pe la spate într-o frăţie a mediocrităţilor şi, după ce au schilodit proiectul legii pentru introducerea votului uninominal promovat de ProDemocraţia, sunt pe cale de a scoate un hibrid care ascunde aceleaşii vicii. Dacă se va pune în aplicare noul sistem, vor fi aleşi cu adevărat uninominal doar candidaţii care vor reuşi să obţină peste 50 la sută într-un colegiu electoral şi dacă reprezintă un partid care a depăşit pragul de cinci la sută. Restul parlamentarilor vor fi trimişi de partide în Senat şi în Camera Deputaţilor pe baza repartizării procentuale a voturilor obţinute de partide în circumscripţii. Se poate schimba atât timp cât liderii de partid promovează clientelismul, nepotismul şi mediocritatea docilă?
Liderii de filiale au ajuns un fel de geambaşi care livrează liste cu mârţoage pe post de armăsari, electoratul fiind minţit că laboratoare sofisticate de la partid cei mai buni candidaţi în timp ce singurele criterii sunt şpaga către şeful de organizaţie şi obedienţa. De prin culisele organizaţiilor doljene ale partidelor ne provin tot felul de informaţii uluitoare despre sume cerute pentru un loc eligibil pe listele de consilieri locali sau judeţeni. Găştile de partid organizează puciuri pentru a-i înlătura pe incomozi. Nu există filială în care scandalurile să nu se ţină lanţ. Nu auzim de proiecte pentru oraş ci de planuri de jefuire a banului public. Nici nu s-a intrat în linie dreaptă pentru alegerile locale şi se sfâşie trepăduşii de partid pentru a prinde un ciolan aruncat de satrapul local.
Păcatul colectiv este că, din dorinţa de a nu risipi votul, mulţi alegători preferă să voteze “răul cel mai mic”, creditând astfel politicieni în care, de fapt, nu cred. De cele mai multe ori, votul negativ se întoarce împotriva celui care a beneficiat de el. Soluţia ar fi ca la apropiatele alegeri locale să acordaţi o şansă candidaţilor independenţi. De ce nu am face acest lucru? Ar fi prima dovadă că vrem să se schimbe ceva şi am vota uninominal.
Oferta partidelor pute a corupţie şi non-valoare. Cum poţi să votezi dreapta liberală când vezi că Guvernul Tăriceanu pune impozit pe orice mişcă, mai ceva decât guverne socialiste? Se pune bir pe orice doar pentru a putea acoperi majorarea pensiilor şi de a-i milui într-un an electoral pe alegători. Pe când taxa pe mărţişorul dăruit sau pe sărutul sub clar de lună. Liberal adevărat, Tăriceanu ne îngroapă în taxe. Struţo-cămila democrato-liberală? Vreţi să arătăm toţi ca Emil Boc, care spune şi în somn “Să trăiţi, şefu’!” Stânga? Păi, Geoană înţelege grija faţă de oamni prin protecţia socială faţă de familia sa, încercările sale disperate de a cumpăra vila de protocol, în care stă ilegal, la un preţ preferenţial. Centrul lui Voiculescu, pe care-l contestă mai mult de jumătate din filialele PC după măsluirea congresului în urma căruia a fost instalată în rol de preşedinte de paie Daniela Popa. PIN-ul lui Guşă, care susţine la primărie candidaţii altor partide? PNŢCD-ul care l-a cocoloşit pe coruptul Ioan Avram Mureşan? PRM-ul părăsit de aproape toţi membri responsabili, care şi-au dat seama că CV Tudor este un produs politic expirat? PNG-ul, partidul personal al lui Gigi Becali? Dacă tot vrem uninominal mai bine votăm independenţi, care nu pot fi conduşi de lesă pentru a face jocurile şefilor de filială de partid, şi încercăm să votăm competenţă în loc de obedienţă. Vreţi să schimbăm ceva sau rămânem prizonierii listacilor de partid?
