Justiţia cancerigenă

Ceea ce ni se întâmplă nu este decât suma laşităţilor noastre. Un pacient este lăsat să moară cu zile de către cei obligaţi să-i acorde primul ajutor, în timp ce un recidivist sângeros este învoit pentru a ucide. Este România pe care am construit-o prin tăcere culpabilă, prin frica de a interveni asupra răului, prin promovarea unor rebuturi în posturi de manageri sau vedete politice, dar, mai ales, prin ignorarea oricăror principii de morală creştină! Adeseori invocate, niciodată respectate, principiile pe care susţinem că le-am pus la temelia societăţii democratice sunt călcate în picioare de cei mandataţi prin vot şi plătiţi din bani publici cu o nonşalanţă uluitoare. După primele indicii, criminalul Gorbunov a apăsat pe trăgaci şi a provocat baie de sânge la Braşov. Dar vinovaţii moral unde sunt? Nu cumva îi regăsim printre judecătorii, procurorii şi medicii despre care, fără a ne face un titlu de glorie, presa craioveană a scris că alcătuiesc o mafie locală.
Epicentru al crimei organizate, Craiova este un păienjeniş al relaţiilor tovărăşeşti între infractori şi oamenii legii. Pe lângă ei, vinovaţi suntem şi noi, care n-am făcut decât să chibiţăm de pe margine. S-a schimbat ceva după moartea pacientului Mihai Constantinescu pe holurile Spitalului Judeţean de Urgenţă Slatina? Mă tem că nu. Dar după crimele de la Braşov, provocate de bolnavul închipuit eliberat de medicii şi magistraţii complici, se va mişca măcar un fir de praf de pe dosarele cu greutate pitite în sertarele procurorilor? Aş fi naiv dacă aş crede că nesimţirea şi iresponsabilitatea pot fi curăţate de sângele nevinovat vărsat în faţa unei case de schimb valutar.
Descrierea întregului lanţ de vicii ale sistemului, alimentat de intervenţia atâtor şmecheri de tranziţie prin intervenţii brutale asupra angajaţilor bugetari, pare de un absurd imaginat doar de genialul scriitor Kafka. Justiţia din Craiova este cancerigenă! Toţi infractorii periculoşi eliberaţi provizoriu pe baza unor acte medicale şi sentinţe discutabile nu s-au mai întors în penitenciare! Mai mult decât atât, infractori reţinuţi pentru acte de violenţă sau de mare corupţie sunt eliberaţi de filiera doljeană a magistraţilor plătiţi de crima organizată. Sunt lucruri cunoscute de Serviciile Secrete şi de cele mai înalte autorităţi ale statului. Există rapoarte cu nume, situaţii şi informaţii suficiente pentru ca mecanismul infernal pus în slujba crimei organizate să fie demontat. Nu s-a făcut nimic în ciuda declaraţiilor alarmante făcute de poliţişti, care au incriminat de atâtea ori iresponsabilitatea magistraţilor craioveni. Abia acum căutăm vinovaţi, pentru că un executant al ordinelor lumii interlope a fost scăpat de sub control şi a ucis doi nevinovaţi? Presiunile UE au fost tratate cu dispreţ, sistemul rămânând în mâna interlopilor, în timp ce politicienii profită şi au îngropat subiectul luptei împotriva rechinilor. Niciun caz de mare corupţie nu s-a soldat cu o sentinţă de condamnare! Ce vreţi mai mult de atât?
