Liber la vânătoarea de miniştri

S-a deschis sezonul de vânătoare de miniştri. Curtea Constituţională a pronunţat un verdict previzibil, conferindu-i preşedintelui dreptul de a-şi da acordul pentru anchetarea unui membru al Executivului fără a avea nevoie de avizul unei comisii speciale. În plus, cercetarea miniştrilor poate coincide cu suspendarea lor din funcţie. Încercând să-şi apere pielea, Tudor Chiuariu a sfârşit prin a-şi prinde singur gâtul în laţul pregătit de Palatul Cotroceni. Acest băiat crescut în ograda lui Relu Fenechiu şi paraşutat din dulcele Târg al Ieşilor direct în vârful Ministerului Justiţiei este un adevărat pericol public. Îşi imaginează că se războieşte cu instituţiile europene, trimite scrisori la Comisia Europeană, pentru a murdări imaginea României, blochează reforma în justiţie, încearcă să-i demită pe procurorii care instrumentează dosare ce-l vizează, pune piedici în calea declanşării urmăririi penale împotriva coechipierilor săi din Guvern şi a aliaţilor din PSD. Cam la aceste fapte de vitejie se rezumă activitatea lui Chiuariu. Rolul său este de a fi un scut pentru Remeş, Păcuraru şi alţii asemenea lor. Mai nou, ministrul Justiţiei doreşte schimbarea Legii Curţii Constituţionale. Argumentele pot părea serioase, motivul invocat fiind acela de a nu mai permite blocarea unor dosare aflate pe rol prin invocarea abuzivă a neconstituţionalităţii. Având în vedere ceea ce a făcut actualul ministru pentru a bloca dosarele unor grei din politică şi permanentul său război cu DNA, mi se pare caraghios ca tocmai el, războinicul crescut lângă stejarul Relu Fenechiu, să pozeze într-un reformator.
Cum ordonanţa “Chiuariu” a picat, vom urmări un serial umoristico-penal cu Năstase, Remeş, Păcuraru, Mureşan, Mitrea, Zsolt Nagy în roluri principale, distribuţia urmând a fi completată cu vechi şi actuali guvernanţi. Ca şi dumneavoastră, cred că ar mai avea loc pe listă şi unii de la PD, pentru a fi tot spectrul partidelor reprezentat. Toţi cei care se vor duce în instanţă sau îşi vor petrece unele ceasuri de seară pe la parchete vor striga că sunt victime ale preşedintelui Băsescu. Vor boci pe toate canalele media că este răzbunarea unui om care vrea să fie dictator şi încearcă să-i sugrume, politic vorbind, pentru a pune mâna pe ţară. Logic ar fi să spună de ce, mulţi dintre ei, au probleme cu legea încă dinainte ca Băsescu să fie ales preşedinte şi de ce mass-media au tras semnale de alarmă cu privire la faptele lor de corupţie. Apărarea construită prin invocarea factorului politic nu ar trebui să aibă succes. După cum nu ar fi normal ca anumite poliţe să fie plătite de politicieni prin intermediul justiţiei. E destul spaţiu în media pentru ca toţi combatanţii din formaţiunile politice să-şi verse veninul şi să-şi doboare, prin luptă dreaptă, adversarii. Până acum, în ciuda reacţiilor necontrolate ale lui Chiuariu, nu s-a dovedit că Traian Băsescu ar fi comandat fabricarea vreunui dosar. Nici nu cred că o va face. Dacă aveţi răgazul să răsfoiţi presa, veţi afla, de exemplu, despre matrapazlâcurile parlamentarilor care decontează banii pentru chirii, deşi au locuinţe în Bucureşti. Şi aceştia au început să fie vânaţi de preşedinte… Şi tot din presă veţi afla despre isprăvile lui Mihai Voicu, politician pripăşit în Dolj din cauza unor veleitari, şi el un viitor bocitor cu dosarul în braţe. La astfel de guvernanţi nu e de mirare că remanierea nu o mai face premierul, ci procurorii.
