Un iresponsabil la justitie

Ministrul Justiţiei, imberbul Tudor Chiuariu, este primul demnitar dintr-o ţară membră a Uniunii Europene care a cerut eliminarea unui paragraf pozitiv dintr-un raport de monitorizare. Cine ştie, poate că n-o fi ultimul, din cauză că ne putem aştepta la surprize din partea miniştrilor păstoriţi de Tăriceanu… Însă documentul elaborat de Ministerul Justiţiei depăşeşte orice limită. Lupta personală a lui Chiuariu cu DNA a fost exportată la Bruxelles într-un mod ruşinos, fără a ţine seama de interesele naţionale, batjocorind orice efort făcut pentru îmbunătăţirea imaginii României.
Un coleg de breaslă îşi punea întrebarea dacă ministrul Chiuariu este “tâmpit, idiot sau extraordinar de inteligent”. Cum ultima poate fi eliminată din start, având în vedere gafele în lanţ şi aroganţa afişate încă din clipa numirii pe actualul post, ne rămân primele două drept variante de lucru. Le consider valabile în egală măsură. Spun asta cu strângere de inimă, deoarece a conduce un minister atât de important pentru bunul mers al unui stat democratic de către un individ iresponsabil, care nu poate controla ce documente trimit subordonaţii săi la Bruxelles, este o adevărată calamitate.
Oricât de mari ar fi interesele sau resentimentele, oricât de importante ar fi jocurile clanurilor politice sau dorinţa de răzbunare pe DNA, mi se pare o obrăznicie să te consideri mai deştept decât un Guvern întreg şi să te duci cu jalba-n proţap tocmai la Bruxelles. Reacţiile după voalarea acţiunii pornite de la Ministerul Justiţiei au fost vehemente din partea tuturor celor care nu au interese comune cu Chiuariu, în timp ce grupul Tăriceanu l-a cocoloşit. Până în clipa în care scriu acest comentariu, premierul nu s-a pronunţat, însă nu sunt convins că va condamna gestul subordonatului său. Mă întreb care va fi efectul guvernării unor miniştri care pun interesul personal peste interesul general, care sfidează o ţară întreagă şi execută ordine politice pentru a-şi răsplăti binefăcătorii? M-am pronunţat în privinţa demiterii lui Chiuariu după episodul în care a folosit un elicopter al MIRA, fără jenă că ar fi tras la răspundere pentru cheltuirea banului public în interes personal, doar pentru a ajunge la inaugurarea piscinei de la şcoala suceveană căreia-i fusese elev. O fac şi acum, chiar dacă ştiu că nu va fi alungat Chiuariu. Ca şi Nicolăescu, Cioroianu, Remeş, Cristian David sau Adomniţei, tinerelul de la justiţie a ajuns în înalta funcţie în urma unei conjuncturi speciale, beneficiar al sprijinului oferit de un stăpân politic, în cazul său deputatul Relu Fenechiu.
Cât va mai dura până Tăriceanu şi liota sa de incapabili vor fi obligaţi să ne scutească de ifosele lor şi incompetenţa sfidătoare? Soluţia se lasă aşteptată, mai ales că în Parlament asistăm la o ciudată coabitare a PSD cu PNL, ambele partide aflate într-un război prelungit cu PD, PLD şi preşedintele Băsescu. Blocajul ar fi fost înlăturat în cazul alegerilor anticipate. Din nefericire, băltirea naţională se va prelungi. Din cauza unor indivizi ca Tudor Chiuariu, cel despre care am spus că nu poate fi “extraordinar de inteligent”, ci dimpotrivă…
